Arterial Plaque Reversal 2

How to reverse arterial plaque buildup – part 2

This is part 2 of the mini-series on arterial plaque removal. While the first part uncovered the reasons for plaque building, this part focuses on the process of cleaning up the arteries that have already been blocked.

The process of reversal of the existing arterial plaque buildup differs from prevention of the plaque development in many aspects. Plaque reversal relies heavily on HDL numbers (see anti-atherogenic ratios in the video) as well as nutrient availability.

The process of arterial plaque reversal, although straightforward, requires several factors present concomitantly in order to be effective.
