Ingredients:
- 2-8 turnips
- 1/4 – 1/2 olive oil
- minced garlic
- 1/2 – 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Cut turnips into fries and steam until soft, but mot mushy (15 min)
- Transfer to baking pan and sprinkle with garlic and salt
- Bake 12-18 min. Turn or add more oil if they start to burn.
- Serve immediately or fries will get soggy
