Ingredients:
- 1 medium shredded red cabbage
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2- 1 cup of water
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup of butter
Preparation:
- Cook cabbage and spices in water till soft. About 20-30 min.
- Add apples and cook additional 10-20 min.
- Mix in butter.
