Ultra-low calorie radish crunch

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bunches of radishes
  • 2-6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper, lemon

Preparation:

  1. Chop radishes into halves or quarters
  2. Toss with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Bake 20 min in preheated to 475F oven
  4. Drizzle with lemon in desired
  5. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Mix well
