Despite a heavy push towards lowering sodium in the diet among heart patients, low-salt diet isn’t a hypertension panacea.
Besides the fact that sodium restriction won’t make any difference to high blood pressure in large proportion of patients, low sodium diet doesn’t fix cardiovascular risks.
